This is a really nice, well made collar. The leather looks high quality, the stitching is neat and strong, and the hardware feels solid. I *loved* the leash loop and separate pendant loop, so clever! But there's one really big downside: the holes are pretty far apart, which means that either: 1. It can fit snugly on my dog and not slip off, but I essentially have to choke to take it off (you easily have tighten, pull the pin out of the hole to remove it like any other collar in the form of a belt). or 2. He would sit too loosely on it and slip over his head. Leather when new is quite stiff so it was too difficult to tighten properly and then try to remove. Too bad it didn't work for us. For reference, I had an average neck size of 14.5-17.5 inches. The dog's neck is 15 inches long so it should fit.
