They fit well. We had a little boy who weighed 7 pounds to 10 ounces and was 21 inches tall. They fit perfectly. Nice and snug around the legs and waist, it protects him from the cold "down there" that can cause as much discomfort and excitement as a dirty diaper. The fasteners hold up very well and can be crossed over for a closer fit. They are absorbent and have a color changing stripe so you know if it's wet or not without having to remove it to bare skin. some petroleum jelly on the front and they are more than comfortable for the little guy when he's been circumcised. We'll stick with it until it's big enough for the next size/type.
