I enjoyed putting this together as it was fun and actually quite inventive. But that's where the fun ended. Too bad I didn't read the reviews because it absolutely doesn't work for watercolors. The description "up to" of a tube of a certain size is misleading as it does not list a minimum. He doesn't even hold small brushes. But the reason I'm going to get rid of it instead of using it for some other type of storage in my studio is because chipboard isn't finished on the ends and I had these tiny particles on hand during assembly. . Since I work with my hands all day and touch this thing a lot, and I have no idea what's in the particles, I figured the unknown risk to my health wasn't worth it. It also emits a rather unpleasant odor - perhaps gas poisoning will occur.
