The easy set up for new users makes this an ideal product that can be used by either novice or expert user alike. With it being cloud-based, there's no software needed once setup has been accomplished! It does however have some limitations in terms of time zones/localities when using with my business so best results are achieved if these times align correctly as far as I am aware - otherwise will need more than 1 business account to get around them all. A very useful tool within our fleet management process but could do better at logging outbound journeys due to lack of integration with other services we use such as VINCHECK etc. Also would like to see additional features added to allow tracking down lost items (such as keys) without having to rely heavily on others outside your own team. This was mainly intended for internal only usage though. This helped us track where any vehicle had last travelled in order to work towards creating routes for drivers who drive.
