Maybe not for toddlers
The toy was delivered dirty (brown spots). I wiped it clean and everything was fine. It works as expected; it spouts water and a clockwork pushes it forward in the water. My 15 month old attempt to touch the spinning propeller hurt a little (nothing dangerous). He started crying and didn't want to see it again. I'll bring him when he's a little older.
- Easy to play, just turn the propeller by starting the engine and the little driver will steer the cute submarine into the tub.
- No weapon
