I first heard about this brand when I had shoulder surgery, obviously it wasn't this product but it worked very well. After reading several reviews about a similar tool from another manufacturer, I decided to buy it. If you are looking for a "razor shave" keep using a razor, most electric razors will not fit. For me this item is perfect, I get razor burn and ingrown hairs from using both razors and electric shavers and shavers. I have to shave every day for professional reasons, I wear a respirator, which means I have to shave every day. It also means my razor bumps don't have time to go away and the ingrown hairs continue to get irritated, making them difficult to pull out. After using it for about a month I can say that this is the best alternative I have found. In the past I have tried several different electric razors and regular razors of varying price and quality and they have all given the same or very similar results. This electric "razor" was God sent with minimal irritation and ingrown hairs. I would highly recommend this product, especially for people with severe razor burn and ingrown hairs.
