I love that it is so customizable! It's also very intuitive, making management of my tasks simple enough for me to accomplish without issue. The fact that there are no other programs like this out there makes all the difference in the world when trying to market yourself as an expert at something (I'm talking about my business here). Nothing really - just find what works best with how people communicate these days, then use those tools throughout everything else! That being said though; keep up the good work!! You guys do great stuff. Also, any time someone has trouble with using or understanding software, contact them through their website immediately instead of ignoring them because they don't fit into some mold/expectation we have set up in our minds regarding customer service. We've gotten amazing results by doing both but more often than not one method will make things easier over another type of approach. There should be several ways to help customers who aren't quite sure where to start looking online.
