I use them as a hidden button between the second and third buttons on my dress shirts. It works great if I leave the collar open enough so I don't look like I'm trying to be Antonio Banderas. They are much easier to put on and take off than I expected. I would definitely order them again. My only issue was that they didn't arrive in my packages when I originally ordered them. I had to contact Amazon and ask them to resend them to me. I was very happy with the product but having to reorder it meant I couldn't use it at the wedding I originally ordered it for in order for it to be on time.
