A slow leak started a few weeks after purchase. We woke up to a puddle under the device, running down the wall and across the floor. We went back through Revain and got a replacement and the same thing happened. We used the customer service QR code on the magnet provided to us, so we went straight to the company, away from Revain. Your customer service has been great but this is our 3rd unit in 9 months. Each seemed to last 3 months. I would not recommend this device. I only change it that often to justify my money. If that 3rd block dies, I'm done. If it doesn't leak, that's great, and there's a noticeable difference in humidity in our dry CO house. My skin feels less dry even when I forget lotion, my hair isn't static, but I've also added Kevin Murphy's Hydrate Me Shampoo and HIGHLY recommend it, and my dogs are less itchy.
