Great pillow, great sleep!
I have had insomnia for a long time and I understand how cervical spine disorders can cause many sleep problems. This pillow completely changes history. Super comfortable and well thought out! It can hold the cervical spine very firmly in the best position! I've been using these few months (also used pillows from other brands, not so good of course), my sleep quality has improved rapidly.
