There is no reason why this article does not get 5 stars. Honestly. So I used olive oil for the silicone insert. I covered it LIGHTLY so it could slide in and out. If you don't, it will get stuck! Be patient! Take your time when heating the tubes. I also used work gloves to avoid burning my hands. Expect to fail multiple times until you get it right. Practice creates masters! I have overheated and underheated tubes. If you bend down, walk slowly. Then hold the position until the tube has cooled before releasing. These are just some of the things I learned along the way. Watch video on youtube. More than one because some people have different methods. Personally, I twirl the pipe with even heat before bending to avoid micro-cracking. Enjoy! Oh, and when you're done, leave your PC running for an hour or two without turning it on to make sure you don't leak! Cover the inside with paper towels.
