Arrived earlier than Amazon said! Lots of liquid in the hose. You have to adjust it by moving the tube up or down to bring it to zero. They also included stickers. Who doesn't love stickers! The instructions also say to add some sealant. Now do you need it? No, you can put your ear to the tube and hear if air flows through it. But for a geek like me, it's great to see this and know right away that the radon fan is working. Some might argue that this is another place to look for leaks, but I…

Simply Beware of Not Zero Unpackaged

Product works as intended. The reason for the 3 star rating is that it needs a small change to have it at zero. According to all other comments, there is not enough liquid in the product, or another possibility is to raise the pipes so that the liquid is close to zero. ATTENTION! When I pushed the tubes up on the first try, I broke the tube because the bottom of the plastic was square and the U shape wasn't wide enough. When pushed up, the pipe will break if lifted too far.
