*Edit* ***JETech stand behind their product, they sent me a replacement free of charge due to a manufacturing defect. Haven't had time to install the new ones yet, will update this review again once I do. *** Good thing it comes in a 2 pack so you know it's not your fault it doesn't work. The only thing that actually sticks is the sticky side of the leveling tool (the tape stuck to my countertop afterwards). And that was the only thing that worked, the phone wasn't securely attached to it (the mount was too small so the phone moved left and right and then fell out). I wiped the screen and used a dust sticker to clean the screen but it was ALWAYS little white lint particles I couldn't get rid of. I'm pretty sure they came from the cheap construction of the bubble scraper as it has a white cloth at the end. After going through both screen protectors and both being full of little white fluff, I decided to cut my losses and complete the installation so I had some form of protection until I could order a working screen protector. I wiped away any air bubbles that weren't created by the lint and proceeded to the final step by peeling off the last piece, but there was nothing to remove. And when it did, it was held together by a much stronger bond than the one that held it to the phone, because it kept separating from the phone with no sign of breaking loose. The more I tried, the more it broke down. When it finally started tearing I realized I had been scammed and bought a crappy product. I've never been good at putting screen protectors on, but I've always ended up putting them on without air bubbles. I've never had one that DOESN'T WORK.
