I did a little research before buying this. I don't understand the marketing that goes on ALL BRANDS of gaming mice that light up - no damn thing, none of them want to spell it out in CLEAR, UNDERSTANDABLE ENGLISH when you can really get the mouse to keep emitting a color . Too bad they are much more interested in selling you on RAINBOW FX as if there aren't many devices that use a glow paint. In any case, for this to glow in one color, you will need to download the "G HUB" from the Logitech website. After that, the service must be open and connected to the Internet while the mouse is connected to your PC so that the application can download files for it. Once "G203 LIGHTSYNC" is displayed, click to enter the configuration. In the "Lightsync" section you go to "FREESTYLE" and in the drop down you want "NEW FREESTYLE". You can change the color of 3 dots. You can enter an RBG value. There is no "save" or "apply" - both happen in real time. Choose a darker color for less light. I'm deducting a star because of the audible click. The next "big thing" is muting mouse clicks. And it doesn't increase production costs enough not to implement it as a standard feature. There's also no indication of what DPI you have - you can only detect/guess how the mouse pointer is moving around the screen. I will update if I encounter any problems.
