We liked the first one we bought, so of course we had to buy the second one. It's amazing how many people don't know that real butter doesn't need to be refrigerated like margarine. It is very nice that the butter is not put in the fridge, it is so soft that it spreads so smoothly and does not tear the toast. The downside of butter is that the butter spreads so naturally and covers the whole piece of bread or toast that you end up wanting and using more, mostly because you actually get the flavor of the butter. Here's something you probably never thought of, your grandma didn't put butter in the "fridge" because they were small and she needed room for the meat. Once you try it, you'll never put butter in the fridge again and wonder why you did it in the first place.
