This is a terrible product and Epson Support either doesn't respond or doesn't care. 2) Each time you clean the printheads, some of the ink from all cartridges is wasted. If you've ever only printed black and white documents, you would still run out of color ink on this printer. 3) When a color cartridge is empty, you cannot print the document even if that color is not used. For example, my yellow cartridge is "empty" right now, so I can't print a black and white text document. And the cartridge isn't actually "empty", there is still a significant amount of ink visible in the cartridge that he hasn't used. He's only two years old and I'm going to replace him one more time before throwing him out right away. I doubt I'll consider another Epson.
