Review on WebRTC by Tim Beckett

I like its simplicity of use even if it has some limitations compared to other softwares (for example you can't have more than 2 participants). The documentation could be improved but this doesn’t affect my experience using webrtc at all! If your application needs simple real time communication between users then go with websocket instead because there are many problems when dealing with multiple people or large groups which makes webrctc not suitable anymore unless only one person will participate from each side. We're solving our problem by allowing customers who want help choosing their products easily communicate directly over WhatsApp without having them leave Whatsapp itself so they don't lose messages/contacts while chatting about what product would suit best.
