Updated! The company contacted me and provided the kit free of charge. I was in the process of returning to Amazon so I now have two sets which arrived undamaged and work great. Would recommend and have updated my rating to a 5. I was trying to upgrade to glass storage jars and was very happy to receive this set but the largest jar arrived with a broken lid. When I unpacked it I found it packaged really well but one of the latches on the lid was completely broken halfway through and it caved in inside. I also noticed some nasty black material on the cardboard at the bottom of the bins. Unfortunately I have to return them and decide if I want to play them again or get another brand.
