Don't buy Dell! - Computer and accessories
This was my second attempt at a Dell laptop. This unit arrived in excellent condition. and worked except connecting to wi-fi. It was VERY slow with continuous buffering of streaming music and page loads so slow it timed out. I spent a whole day on the phone with Dell support engineers, unfortunately they weren't polite, patient and thorough, they couldn't solve the problem. It turned out to be a wireless card. Luckily I was able to send the device back through Revain. boot. The error message said that the operating system was corrupt. It is clear that I will never buy a Dell machine again.
