This was my second attempt at a Dell laptop. This unit arrived in excellent condition. and worked except connecting to wi-fi. It was VERY slow with continuous buffering of streaming music and page loads so slow it timed out. I spent a whole day on the phone with Dell support engineers, unfortunately they weren't polite, patient and thorough, they couldn't solve the problem. It turned out to be a wireless card. Notebook description is very fancy. No DVD drive, no optical drive and no Windows 10, the seller does not include a valid license to activate the operating system. Bought this laptop for Windows OS. Too far in the shot to go back. I'll probably pass this on to my kids for a YouTube video.
