Humidity rose very slightly, but then we decided to follow the instructions and added, after an hour the humidity increased from 30% to 55%. This fluid must be used every time you start a new season. It reduces the surface tension of water and accelerates evaporation. Then we just add water and that's it, wash it in about a month. At the bottom of course white flakes and sediment from hard water. The plaque washes very well, just wipe it with a rag and everything goes away, the surface is so smooth that nothing eats into it. Regarding the comment that when the windows are open, the humidity rises - an erroneous opinion. If it is cold outside, with the windows open, all the moisture goes out the window, and in the room the humidity drops sharply. This season, it began to make noise during operation, even at night I had to turn it off, somehow rhythmically crackled, which interfered with sleep. I washed the fan well (so that there were no distortions), lubricated it with machine oil. Now there is almost no noise. I don't regret buying. There is no alternative in my opinion. Bought for 8500. in December 2022
