1920S Flapper Headband Peacock Feather Gatsby Accessories For Women Sequined Showgirl Headpiece Review

I bought this headband for a Great Gatsby Gala at my child's school. I was pairing it with my Grandma's black flapper dress and costume beads. The elastic headband was the perfect width across my forehead and was sufficiently tight on my head, although I did bobby pin the back so it would stay all night. The peacock feather and black sequence star was the perfect amount of bling with my 1920's hair do and makeup. I got compliments all night.

I really loved this headband. It made dressing like a flapper effortless. You can just make a simple, low bun and be done. The headband does the rest. It wasn’t right and giving me a headache like another brand’s did. I though it was loose before, but it was really just the right size. I wasn’t leaving feathers in my tracks because this headband is well-made. Nothing came off of it. I definitely recommend this product.

Not quite as pretty as the picture but it's nice. The headband part is way too small. Maybe fit a babies head but that's ok because I didn't want the headband anyway. The decorative part is beautiful and it's easy to bobby pin it to your hair or hot glue a barrette to it to clip it into you hair. Feathers are a little short but it's still nice.

I performed in a production of The Drowsy Chaperone and used this headpiece for a few of my outfits. I added a black plume in with it so the feather didn’t blend in with my wig. It’s very pretty!

It just wasn't as well done as the picture, the feathers are sad and the headband not flattering not like the pic Thanks for attention!

Went to a New Years Eve Party themed in the 1920’s. The color of the band was blush pink and the feathers were beige. Matched the dress perfectly. Highly recommend this product.

Beautiful feather. Fit well. The only thing about when I received it the feather was on the right side not the left, but it worked out fine.

Super pretty. I got the beige/apricot one. Was a great talking people, complimented all night. If you want a statement piece that stands above the rest. This is it. I wore it just like the picture, I didn't flip it up. It looks much better down like the photo.Bummer that the bottom feather broke by the end of the night. I can't fault the product, it's a feather, and they break sometimes.

This head piece is PERFECT. I am a performer and have many costumes and accessories for the 1920s theme. The color is beautiful and matches amazing with the BABEYOND 1920s cream colored dress. Very delicate so be careful- better for an elegant evening, not a wild party.

This is gorgeous, but the first time I tried it on the elastic snapped and I had to stitch it. Right after the beading on the front fell apart. This was all before I even got to wear it.

Typically with less expensive costume apparel, you can't expect too much. I wanted a headband that would match the green in my dress and I love peacock feathers. This is a gorgeous piece. It was slightly tight feeling so the stretchy sequined part did pinch my forehead a bit. Also the decoration started to come unglued just from trying it on, so I used some bobby pins to secure it. I was on a cruise so I didn't have my hot glue gun handy. Not sure how you are supposed to make these stay in…

This was gorgeous! It really made the whole outfit come together. It wasn’t itchy or too tight, it fit comfortably and it stayed on my head until 3am for New Years Eve!

Lovely hairpiece. i glued one piece of the feather back to keep it out of my face. very comfortable & stayed in place even after a night of hair swinging dancing! Haha! Highly recommend!

It was great quality and was easy to slide on, however it was a bit tight and gave me a slight mark on my forehead. I would like to note that I have a lot of hair right now and that contributed to the tight fitting.

What was not to like? This stylish headpiece looked spectacular with my 1920's outfit for a themed award dinner my husband's employer put on. I had so many compliments of, "You look great", all night long, that I lost track of them!

Harlem Renaissance Gala. It's a beautiful piece and stands out from all the flapper headpieces you see at these events. My hairstylist was able to move the feathers around, and it was just gorgeous.
