Review on ๐Ÿ’จ Lasko Elegance & Performance Pedestal Fan 18 Inch Black 1827: Powerful and Stylish Cooling Solution with Precision Engineering by Linda Nelson

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Lasko is not what it used to be - HOLD OR RISK. YOUR CHOICE.

We had an 18" Lasko pedestal fan that has lasted over 20 years. easy to fit, quiet, powerful. I bought a cool, comfortable 16" pedestal fan from Shoprite, maybe 20 minutes or less to build, very easy, works really well, for $20. also wanted an 18" fan on a pedestal, ordered a base fan without the lask remote for $36. over an hour via speakerphone while laska promised to reach me.During that hour I noticed that one of the connecting tubes was mis-milled, had an uneven flange and was bent, not from damage in transit but simply not manufactured properly., between the two grilles so you could clip them all together , EXCEPT the turned off. which meant we had another manufacturing defect here. I KNOW, wi e to assemble fans - read the beginning of this comment. IT MAKES NO MATTER WHETHER LASKO IS MADE IN A FILLY OR IN OUTER MONGOLIA. YOU ARE NOT TRACKING YOUR PRODUCTION LINE CAREFULLY ENOUGH! PEOPLE stay away and roll for every other token. ALSO, THEIR CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO KEEP THEM ON!

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • boring packaging
