Money to nowhere, poor quality of the goods.

Most importantly THAT IT WAS A REAL HORROR!  did not solve the problem with incomplete configuration in any way. I wrote in those for a week. support, in response, they sent me template messages for a week 'you will be contacted within 2 days'. Naturally, no one called. Calling the Call Center is the same nonsense .
As a result, I found the manufacturer myself and solved the issue with them myself, and they brought me the details.
It is a pity that the color was not replaced, referring to the fact that, under an agreement with , the replacement is only through them. And the packaging is also 's fault, since the re-sorting of goods takes place at the  warehouse.
