Here's a real deal. I didn't want to risk losing my Apple Pencil cap when I was at work. This rubber cap ABSOLUTELY prevents the loss of the cap. But the question is, do you need it? The lid holds pretty securely thanks to the magnetic design. The pen is so smooth that losing it is very unlikely. But you CAN lose it if you don't snap it securely in place every time. This silicone cap and tape are very "sticky" - they stick firmly to the pen and cap. You won't lose the cap with it, but due to its stickiness, it will fall off the cap at the slightest rub or bump. This way the cap comes off more often, but sits securely on the pen. CONCLUSION: You won't lose a cap with this Cozy, but it will pop off more often than not.
