I like that GBS has given us a great way to keep our records organized, accessible, updated, etc. The program is easy enough for anyone with basic computer skills to use - no training necessary! It's an all-inclusive solution so you don't have to worry about paying additional fees if you decide not to continue using it after your contract expires. We were able to set up several different types of accounts in one place instead of having them scattered throughout multiple programs. This made things much easier when we had to update information or change passwords/credentials. There really isn't anything I dislike about this product - everything seems very intuitive and user friendly. If I could make any changes at this time, my only suggestion would be maybe adding more customization options? For example, there are some fields that just aren't available.
