I like that GBS has given us a great way to keep our records organized, accessible, updated, etc. The program is easy enough for anyone with basic computer skills to use - no training necessary! It's an all-inclusive solution so you don't have to worry about paying additional fees if you decide not to continue using it after your contract expires. Easy to use, easy to implement process. Able to set up very quickly with minimal training requirements - once implemented you don't need much support from us at all! Customer service has been good in helping implement our processes and providing additional help when required. Nothing particularly negative that I have noticed so far but if there is anything do make sure it's something they can fix internally rather than having to contact GBS as we would be more expensive.
