Easy to use, easy to implement process. Able to set up very quickly with minimal training requirements - once implemented you don't need much support from us at all! Customer service has been good in helping implement our processes and providing additional help when required. Nothing particularly negative that I have noticed so far but if there is anything do make sure it's something they can fix internally rather than having to contact GBS as we would be more expensive. It is great to get an instant view of what's going wrong within our organisation without logging into each piece of equipment or reviewing paper documents etc. We also save time by not needing several people checking over logs together. Our users are happy too since it makes reporting easier for them too. Also saves time searching for information needed. We used to have an accountant that was in charge of taxes, but when we were looking at options about how best way pay our tax bill they said it would be too complicated - so I researched myself online as well which gave me some great learning opportunities! It wasn't until then though did i realise just what level Gbs support is out there- very friendly knowledgeable people who will listen intently without interrupting you with questions or advice all round your needs are heard first.
