Revain packaged this item in another order and it was packaged decently for such a small white box with (3) spare batteries individually wrapped in plastic. Shipping was fast even though I chose ground shipping. Bought these to replace old OEM batteries labeled 'BT162342/BT262342 (2.4V/300mAh Ni-MH) - (cr1223)' in two phones for our AT&T cordless phone model EL52260. These new replacement batteries have twice the charging capacity at 600 mAh (milliamp hours) and look just like the old ones. Even the connectors on these replacement batteries match and they fit our phones perfectly. After installation, I let the batteries fully charge for over 18 hours before use. So far I've had a call on one of the handsets for 5 hours and 40 minutes and at the end of the call I was still seeing two of the three bars on the status indicator. So far these batteries have worked great and the price was $14.95 with free shipping. I am currently happy with this product.
