If I could I would give -5 stars. For $200 you would think this is a great chair. No, that is not so. I repeat NO. At first he seemed perfect. The first two days were great, so I threw away the packaging. It would be too much trouble to get it back. The seat is ridiculously hard (I was hoping it would soften up in a few days but no), the cushion doesn't flex. The seating position falls further forward. No matter how many times I adjust it to make sure it's 100% locked in position, it falls off every time I lean forward, no matter how slightly I lean. I work in the medical field and am fortunate to be able to work from home. I talk to cancer patients on the phone all day, I need a stable and pleasant working environment. This awful chair is the complete opposite. Don't waste money. As much as I hate this chair, I'm stuck in it.
