. After looking through at least half a dozen alternatives online and reading 6 times more reviews I decided to take the risk and go with this one. As soon as I received them, I immediately checked them out. Did you solve my problem? Every pair of earrings I have hangs down and looks ridiculous. My lobes are small, thin and flexible. I was concerned that these plastic discs might be visible under my earlobes like the plastic discs that attach to the back of the earrings do. And will these discs fit snugly around my ears? Do they keep every earring straight, no matter how heavy it is? Well, the verdict is in. They are NOT visible under my ear lobes, they REALLY stay put which allows me to use the backing that came with the earrings and EVERY earring is now straight regardless of weight. dangling earrings are now a thing of the past. The holes in these discs can be easily felt and guided into place along the posts. For a 100-pack (I guess I'll never have to buy them again) for just under $10, the solution to this long-standing problem is incredibly cheap. A total of 20 cents for a pair of earrings. Aren't I glad that something finally works as advertised without stretching an arm and a leg? I could jump for joy!
