Super cute but fragile

My 10 year old son wanted these as he loves opening nesting dolls. However, my 5 year old daughter decided to play with them and the same day we bought them a dog climbed in. The wood is too soft and he was able to chew through most of it in seconds. For €20 I was expecting a more durable set.
