Fast delivery, fits my large head
I have a fairly large head, hat size 7 3/4 and these buffs fit easily without being too tight to use as a mask. They are not very thick but long enough to fold in half for better protection against Covid-19. Helpful Tip: Wear them inside out, pull the bottom down to your neck, then pull the top hem over the bottom layer for a double layer with a fun painted side. For me it works better than trying to fold it in half and tighten. YMMV.
