Review on JobDiva by David Gibbs

The platform allows you create multiple profiles that can be used across your organization or job board site/s so it's easy when creating new jobs / candidates etc., however sometimes I do feel like there are too many options at once which makes finding what i'm looking for difficult - this may just have been my experience though! We use Jodviva mainly because we were using another recruitment tool previously but found they didn't offer all our requirements needed within their system e.g.; CV uploader & tracking CVs through out application journey was not possible due other limitations such as file size being restricted if uploaded via email link only rather than direct uploading onto website itself therefore time consuming task.
