Some people say this aquarium is too small, but after transferring my fish to this one from the bowl I bought it in, I've noticed that it has become much funnier and more lively. A full gallon tank would be great, but being a dorm student I don't have room for it in my room. This fish sits perfectly on my table and the aquarium is large. Before I put the fish in the tank, I removed enough gravel to give the fish more swimming space. They give you a lot, so that might be a good idea. Plus the bowl conditioner and cock chow food are a real plus for the price. I regularly use everything that came in the kit. Nice gift for new Betta owners.
