Great for relieving redness and migraines
I use it when I feel tired and always after cleansing my face. I use rubbing alcohol to clean it after use and then put it back in the freezer in its own ziplock. I noticed that it helped with facial flushing and also with migraines. It starts behind my eye so I roll it over the painful side of my head and it seems to help.
