I bought this so my 1 year old nephew would have something to play with when he came over to my house. We placed it in the "corner" consisting of a chaise longue, a large sofa and a large, heavy-duty footstool. It was a real hit with my nephew! He climbed all over the playground and also used it to climb onto the sofa and ottoman. I'm sure when it gets here it will find plenty of use. . . and even if it's not there! It's soft but strong enough to withstand even an adult. My fiancee and I love leaning against the triangle for back crunches and our cat loves to play on it too!
