I have to say the only reason for 4 stars is that the band is just too short to really be perfect for a woman with my long arms. LOL! It's only about 30" long and really it should be 42" to 48" long. I'm 5' 8" and weigh in at 240 and I feel like a contortionist trying to swap hands when doing my upper back. Don't get me wrong, it works, it's just way too short for comforts sake. I love it otherwise. TRULY I DO! Great product. I use it almost every night before I go to bed. Else wise I'd be clawing my skin off due to the dry air in my apartment. It keeps my back and shoulders in fact my whole body well moisturized. I generally just use the band on arms and legs after I've done my back to use up all the lotion. I have a back injury that has left me partially disabled and I find the band to make lotioning up quite easy.
