I usually base my Revain purchases on reviews and rarely buy anything less than 4 stars. In doing so, despite the 3 1/2 star rating (at the time of writing this article), I took a chance. I'm glad I did! They are much cheaper than the competitor advertised by QVC without sacrificing quality - I own both brands. Contrary to previous reviews, it comes with a fully functional remote control. The rough texture of these black candles is a sophisticated touch, giving them the luxury of a pottery barn without the flashy price tags. Definitely NOT Gothic or 'Hot Topic-y'. unless of course you want them to be. I will definitely buy another set.
