Stretchy means it will try to compress whatever its stretching over and maybe I missed something but it's a bit tight on an adult. Both myself and a coworker bought it and it fit us both tight. It could be a bit larger for it to fit an adult male comfortably. My 12 year old son can wear it fine with no issues and a "smaller" person 100-125 pounds might not have an issue. Around 200 and above this will feel tight especially when the material folds over on itself and you have more than one layer. Other than that it is as described.
