So I must have completely overlooked that when I bought my bottles as I totally thought I was only getting 4 regular bottles but no! I have some great surprises to talk about: you get 2 regular shaker bottles, and yes, they come with the shaker itself. You also get 2 large bottles that actually split in half. One side weighs 14 ounces and is for your energy/pre-workout, and that's saying a lot. The other side weighs 22 ounces and is for your rest. I add my BCAA powder on this page. It also comes with two large bottle clamps. The last surprise for me was the pill box that came with it! I am so happy with this purchase!
