I have tried several different brands and styles of lashes over the past few months and Ardell's 301 is my favorite. In fact, I gave away all the other unused lashes. I apply the lashes with Revlon Clear Lash Adhesive, which turns blue-white when dry enough to apply but clears once it dries. Because the adhesive is latex-free, it won't irritate even the most sensitive of eyes. To cover the clear 301 plastic strip and the inner edges of the lashes, I apply a thin line of eyeliner with the Almay black eyeliner pencil. brown for both 301s and my own eyelids. Then I reline my eyes with eyeliner and shadow for a smoky effect. The result looks very beautiful both during the day and at night. If you treat your 301s with care and peel off the adhesive after you've worn them every night, you should be able to wear them about half a dozen times.
