Initially this product was great because it could sit on my bedside table and had both direct USB ports for direct charging and regular wall outlets. Unfortunately, this joy is short-lived. I've been having trouble charging our devices for a while and now half the bank won't reset (red button above). The green light you have to press every time you charge the USB ports is also frustrating because if you forget it won't charge anything and that's easy. I bought our unit about 18 months ago and now I need to find a replacement. This is an expensive part that needs to be replaced quickly. I would find another alternative before wasting your money.
