The ease of use, ability for staff members who are not medical professionals or in charge with scheduling patients into rooms/clinics that can be accessed by others is great! I like being able to see all patient information as well when booking an appointment which helps me make better decisions about what needs more attention first before having it seen later than expected if needed at another time - also saves my colleagues' (and other's) work from needing updating again after i have checked off everything required so far during this step.- no issues yet- would love some help training new users how best they should go through their steps while using app but haven't had any problems since we started up 3 months ago.
