The support team is fantastic! They are always willing & able help you in any way they can, even if it's something as simple at troubleshooting an issue that has already been resolved by another member of staff (which still happens!).

I have never had anything negative come up about them or this product - so far everything we've needed from our account manager/support teams etc., has worked out perfectly for us!! We're looking forward to using DNU more now too :) It makes life easier when dealing online- not having to remember IP addresses all day long! This saves time both personally AND professionally which really helps me be better organised. There isn't much i dislike apart maybe how expensive some things may seem compared to others but then again its only £7 per month?!? So there would also need to be good reason why your organisation wouldn’t pickDNUnlimitedas opposedto.
