I recently assembled this ergonomic office chair with no problems. The lumbar support and neck support are excellent. The chair is very easy to adjust in height, tension and armrests. What really impressed me were the wheels. A new hardwood floor was recently installed in my new house and I was afraid of damaging it. Part of my decision to purchase this chair was the inclusion of casters (casters) which are comfortable for the hardwood floor. It was the right quality at the right price. The materials are extremely durable. I used my Milwaukee brushless hex bit to assemble the chair myself. I found it helpful to be able to find the seat and adjacent parts with a sticky label with the word "front" attached to it, which helped take out some of the guesswork. The instructions are simple and straight forward and user friendly.
