I have bought two of these chargers in the past few months. I loved it. I like when my phone is charged at night I can find it quickly. I also like that it stops glowing once the phone has reached its optimal charge, which reminds me to turn off my device. The first worked for me for about 6 WEEKS, not months but weeks. It was just outside of Revain's return window. I should have looked for another product but I was hoping I had just bought one that was slightly defective so I bought another but in a different color. I am so disappointed that after 6 weeks it no longer works either. It just so happens that they stop working a week or two after they come back. I was keen to contact the seller to see if they would send me another one as I have already bought two in the past few months. However, I could not contact anyone. I would really like to give the product 5 stars because I really like it when it works. However, I will not buy a new cell phone charger every month. I am also disappointed in customer service because I often recommend a product based on excellent customer service ready to solve any problem.
