The package arrived and looked normal (no damage) but two sheets had scratches from the protective cover. The damage had reduced but was still a pain. The dimensions of each side also differ by 0.5 inch on all lengths as shown in the image. This doesn't seem like a big problem until you pay a hefty sum of money to have the art placed in each frame, and there's unexpected space around the perimeter. one piece. It looked unprofessional and tasteless. Cropping to oversize isn't really an option as they are shaped (trimming the edges looks even worse than oversize). It's tolerable, but not something I wanted to put up in my office waiting room. It's also worth noting that they cannot be assembled and then hung, as the mounting screws are part of the brackets that clamp the artwork in place. for aligning the mounting screws; even worse because of the extra 0.5" of space. I had to tape the edges together tightly to avoid misalignment, install each one, and then scrape off the excess tape that would have been unnecessary with a better fastener design.
