Review on 💾 KOMPUTERBAY 128GB Professional Compact Flash Card CF 1050X | Enhanced Speed UDMA 7 | RAW 128 GB | Read 160MB/S, Write 100MB/S by Markus Calderon

I bought this card a while ago and after some good speed tests on my Win 8.1 computer I put it on the shelf with a Transcend USB 3.0 card reader. After 3 months I took the card and placed it in a new 5d3.75% of the RAW files corrupted by the white rectangle in the image in File Explorer, Photoshop and LR5. Formatting the card in the camera failed 50% of the time. Quickly formatting exFAT to 128 kilobytes didn't solve the problem. A full exFAT format with an allocation unit size of 32 kilobytes followed by a camera format looked fine, but then Windows 8.1 with Transcend USB 3.0 on the latest firmware saw the card as edible. I tried my Sandisk Extreme 90Mbps 16GB on the same 5d3 with no problems. I regret waiting 3 months to use this on a real camera as the return period has passed. Make sure you test thoroughly within the 30 day return window. Now I have to solve the problem directly with Computerbay
