I'm upgrading from a plastic holder with a strip of blades that you break off as they get dull. Those blades were always getting bent and pinched by various materials, and the plastic pieces were clearly wearing with use. This item is an amazing change. The push-to-operate buttons feel very sturdy, and everything is locking solidly into place. The holder is large and provides a good grip. The blades are overall stronger and better supported by the holder; the lack of bending and pinching allows for more control and has made every use faster.
